Recommended Training Aids

The TUFFCUFF Strength and Conditioning Manual for Baseball Pitchers
Click here to order the manual.

Pitching is more than just throwing a baseball. Training to become a great baseball pitcher takes the right conditioning plan, the right training aids, quality pitching mechanics and a strong work ethic.

TUFFCUFF can get you pointed in the right direction by taking the guesswork out of your training program and finally get the results that will pay off on the mound. But in order to get the most out of your TUFFCUFF program, I suggest that you invest in some lightweight dumbbells, elastic tubing and a medicine ball. All other training aids below are optional, but certainly beneficial.

"This isn't just a book of useful ideas, it's a practical and detailed manual for a year-round program to build your pitching power and endurance. TUFFCUFF also helps you understand the proper use of exercise equipment." – Richard Todd, Webball.com
